More and more research studies keep coming up that support Mindfulness and its effectiveness for stress management, attention training, emotional intelligence, mental healthcare, chronic pain management, and not to forget…inner transformation. More importantly, these researches are done by Mainstream scientists and not just some excited meditation evangelist.
